Street address, and for properties out toward Grays Creek or Hoke County, a landmark or gate. Long gravel or unpaved driveways are fine — we just want to know in advance, especially after heavy rain when low-lying ground can hold water. If there is no driveway, say so on the call.

Household contents, roofing, mixed construction, concrete, brush — and flag any tires, batteries or appliances, because those have their own routes rather than the dumpster and need separating.

Driveway, side yard, street or jobsite. Mention slope, soft ground, low branches, overhead cables, septic lids and irrigation. A street or sidewalk placement usually needs a temporary permit from the City of Fayetteville — placement entirely on your own property does not.

Same day, tomorrow morning, a set date, or a fixed PCS household-goods pickup date — and roughly how long you want to keep it. Extensions are easy, but planning ahead is cheaper.

What information do you need when I call?
Four things, and the call takes about two minutes: the delivery address, roughly what you are throwing away, where you want the container to sit, and when you need it. If you are unsure about the size, describe the pile and we will size it. A photo of the driveway helps if the placement is tight.
Do you serve my town?
We cover Fayetteville and across Cumberland County, Hoke County and the wider Sandhills — including Hope Mills, Spring Lake, Eastover, Grays Creek, Stedman, Wade, Raeford and the area around Fort Bragg's western gates. Just outside that? Call anyway — we can usually make it work.
What are your hours?
Mon–Sat 7:00am – 6:00pm · Sun by appointment. Deliveries and collections run through the working day, and Sunday drops can be arranged in advance for jobs that need them. Ring outside hours and you can leave your address on a message — we will call back first thing.
Can I text or email instead of calling?
You can email info@hqtdumpsterrental.com and we will reply, but the phone is far quicker for anything time-sensitive. Sizing a container is a conversation — two questions on a call usually settles what three emails will not. For same-day delivery, always ring.
Is there a charge for a quote?
No. Quotes are free, given over the phone, and flat rather than an estimate that moves later. We will also tell you when a smaller container does the job, which is the opposite of what a commission-driven sales line does.
